- Day 1 - Baltra - Transfer from the airport to the
yacht. Visit North Seymour
in the afternoon.
Evening lecture on island formation and biogeographical setting.

- Day 2 - Española
- Gardner Bay in the morning (including snorkeling at Tortuga
Rock). Punta Suarez in the afternoon.
Evening lecture on sea birds.

- Day 3 - Santa Cruz - Puerto Ayora / Charles Darwin Research Station in the morning.
Lunch at the Hotel Galápagos with guest scientist from
the research station. Afternoon in the Highlands, looking for
tortoises in the wild and vermilion
flycatchers. Special dinner in the Highlands at a Narwhal
restaurant.
- Evening video/lecture on conservation.

- Day 4 - Santa Cruz - Morning visit to long time island
resident Jacqueline De Roy. Floreana - Snorkeling at Devil's
Crown, followed by a late afternoon stop at Post
Office Bay.
- Evening lecture on Reptiles.

- Day 5 - Isabela - Whale watching in the morning. Panga
ride at Elizabeth Bay in the afternoon (including snorkeling.)
- Evening lecture on Pinnipeds.

- Day 6 - Isabela - Urvina
Bay in the morning. Sunset panga ride at Tagus Cove.
- Evening lecture on Whales.

- Day 7 - Fernandina
- Punta Espinoza (including snorkeling) in the morning. Snorkeling
at P. Vincete Roca. Whale watching in the afternoon.
- Evening lecture on fishes, sharks, and rays.

- Day 8 - James - James Bay (including snorkeling) in
the morning. Rabida (including snorkeling) in the afternoon.
Evening video/lecture on geology.

Day 9 - Tower - Darwin
Bay (including snorkeling) and Prince Phillip's steps (including
panga ride).
Evening lecture on Evolution and Charles Darwin.
Day 10 - Bartolome - Climb Heartbreaker (before breakfast)
and snorkeling around Pinnacle Rock. South
Plaza in the afternoon. Farewell dinner on Yacht

Day 11 - Santa Cruz - Panga ride at Black Turtle Cove
in the morning, followed by circumnavigation of Daphne Major,
where Drs. Peter & Rosemary Grant are currently documenting
evolution of the Darwin finches; their research is featured in
the Pulitzer Prize winning BEAK OF THE FINCH. Baltra - Transfer
to the airport for your return flight to the mainland.
This is a typical route. Routing variations may occur depending
on flight schedules, the yacht, weather, or modifications made
by the Galápagos National Park Service (who attempts to
minimize tourist impact on visitor sites).
